HMW… use technology to combine all case correspondence? (and documentation?)

Communication with potential clients can be in multiple forms (email, case notes, verbal conversation etc). Many conversations might happen before a case is confirmed. 

HMW keep correspondence together so all case workers have access?

HMW empower potential clients to ‘control’ their data and provide informed consent over who has access to their data?
